On 29 March 2023, France published the decree on creating the registration service for partner dematerialization platforms (PDP). The regional directorate of public finances of Hauts-de-France and the Nord department is responsible for examining applications for registration, issuing and the renewal of the registration of dematerialization platform operators. As previously stated by the DGFiP, PDPs must go under a renewal process every 3 years. The decree will come into force on May 1, 2023.
