The Ministry of Finance in Poland (National Revenue Administration) has announced the upcoming publication of the FA(2) logical structure, aimed at providing the smooth adaptation of IT systems to the planned changes regarding KseF (national e-Invoice system). The FA(2) logical structure will be published on ePUAP in June 2023, followed by the availability of a test environment and documentation in July 2023.
As of September 1, 2023 it will be ready for use and starting from that date, the FA(2) logical structure will replace the current FA(1) logical structure, and it will be effective during the optional KSeF phase. This transition will assist taxpayers in preparing for the mandatory e-invoicing requirement, which will be enforced from July 1, 2024.
When it comes to technical documents of FA(2) logical structure, it is available on official sites including XML documents and new changes compared to FA(1).
