In the 2nd Phase of E-invoicing implementation which is called integration, the 7th Wave criterion has been announced by ZATCA. According to this announcement, all taxpayers with an revenue of 50 million riyals subject to VAT exceeds for the years 2021-2022 will be under the obligation to issue e-invoices. Therefore, taxpayers described in Stage 7 informed by ZATCA and they must be integrated into the FATOORA Platform as of February 2024. For more, see the official announcement and our previous news.
