The Ministry of Finance remains attentive to the needs and priorities of entrepreneurs, particularly in mitigating the effects of recent flooding. Final consultations on the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) for all entrepreneurs, ensuring equal treatment, are scheduled to begin between late October and early November 2024. These discussions will focus on the legislation implementing the mandatory KSeF and its logical structures.
The Ministry has also developed the framework for a second amendment to the Goods and Services Tax Act, which supplements existing business solutions aimed at facilitating the mandatory KSeF rollout. These solutions are aligned with the proposals presented during the consultation meeting in mid-July.
In response to the declared state of natural disaster caused by flooding in parts of Poland, the Ministry has chosen to initiate KSeF consultations in late October or early November.
Since KSeF applies to all entrepreneurs in Poland, the Ministry aims to ensure that these consultations are conducted on equal terms for all entities and stakeholders.
KSeF is one of the Ministry’s top priorities. Continuing the dialogue and engaging in thorough consultations with entrepreneurs is crucial to ensuring that the solutions are of high quality and that the mandatory KSeF is implemented effectively.
The Ministry will continue to work on the draft bill, as well as proposals for business and technical solutions related to this project, while also emphasizing the importance of broad public consultations to incorporate diverse perspectives.
