Poland’s upcoming mandatory e-invoicing mandate, set to take effect in 2026, will be carried out through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). All taxpayers will be required to issue and receive invoices via KSeF, with the goal of enhancing tax transparency and accelerating the country’s digital transformation.
On September 19, 2025, the Ministry of Finance updated the official KSeF 2.0 website and released new resources. These include the four-part KSeF 2.0 Manual, materials tailored for different user groups, an expanded official Q&A section, the final FA(3) schema with an information brochure, and a webinar series titled “Wednesdays with KSeF.” In addition, the Ministry announced that the API connection to the KSeF 2.0 test environment will become available on September 30, 2025.
