As we all know, the obligatory timeline of KSA’s Fatoorah Project is taking place in less than 6 months, so the government is updating its documents .
While the latest announcement covers taxpayers with the first wave of 2021 VAT with a turnover of 3 billion SAR, this number is expected to be reduced and the coverage is expected to be expanded. Additionally, the e-Invoicing Implementation resolution was published on June 24. It was previously published in 2020 before Phase 1 (4 December 2021).
The Developer portal user manual which was also published in June, contains very useful information for system developers and information about the hash and cryptographic Stamp.
Lastly, the e-Invoicing Detailed Technical Guideline was published, which explains the general process and detailed features showing the differences between Phase 2 and Phase 1. You can find them all on ZATCA’s official website.
