As you know, the Polish e-invoice implementation date has been postponed to a later date in July 2024. Meetings to improve the system have started on February 16, but they have not been completed yet. Notes from the first meetings were shared by the related authority. So far, four consultation meetings have been completed and more than 3,000 people attended over two days.
At the meeting on February 21, the obligation to indicate the KSeF number or collective identifier in the transfer title was discussed. On the same day, authorities met with various industry representatives who are from the factoring industry and the subject of the consultation was access to invoices according to factors.
The issue of issuing invoices at KSeF was discussed with public service providers and entrepreneurs in the fuel sector. As you know, B2C invoices are not within the scope, how this process will be managed was discussed. At the same time, sending the visualization of invoice upon the buyer’s request was also among the topics.
Registrations for the meetings planned on February 29 and March 1 are continuing, and in order to make the meetings more efficient, managers and experts from the units of the Ministry of Finance involved in the project are attending.
