The Bolivian tax administration (SIN) published resolutions about details of implementing electronic invoice and also timeline. The e-Invoice system in Bolivia is called the Virtual Invoicing System.
As we all know e-Invoice obligation has already started for certain groups of taxpayers. With the latest SIN postponed the third group of taxpayer implementation deadlines from 1 December 2022 to 1 February 2023. Taxpayers list mentioned in resolution Nº 102200000010. Fourth group will join the obligation on 1 April 2023.
