On 1 September 2025, the Polish Ministry of Finance officially shut down the KSeF 1.0 test environment, a key step in the move toward mandatory e-invoicing. This means no testing can be conducted in September, and new users must wait for the KSeF 2.0 test environment, scheduled to launch at the end of the month.
The Ministry has set out a clear roadmap to ensure businesses and software providers have sufficient time to prepare. The production version of KSeF 1.0 will remain available until late January, after which the system will fully transition to KSeF 2.0.
