The National Revenue Administration in Poland, under the Ministry of Finance, has announced the forthcoming release of the FA(2) logical structure. This update is designed to facilitate the seamless integration of IT systems with the planned changes related to the national e-Invoice system, KseF. Technical details of the FA(2) logical structure were released in June 2023 publication on ePUAP with comparison of the old logical structure FA(1).
As of September 1, 2023, the FA(2) logical structure became operational and replaced the existing FA(1) logical structure in the optional phase. This transition aims to support taxpayers in their preparations for the mandatory e-Invoicing requirement, which will be enforced beginning on July 1, 2024.
