The Ministry of Finance has announced a series of consultations regarding the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), with the aim of discussing regulation and system functionality. These consultations will start on February 16 and will consist of nine various meetings which have different subjects, conducted in a hybrid format.Interested parties can now register to participate in the meetings through an online registration form.
The consultations will address various topics across the nine meetings:
- Security and performance
- Consumer invoices/buyer status
- KSeF identifier in payments
- Meeting with the factoring industry
- Meeting with the media supplier industry
- Meeting with the fuel industry
- Meeting with Local Government Units (LGU)
- Implementation of KSeF in stages
- Explanations, interpretations, training
Each meeting will focus on specific aspects related to KSeF implementation, such as system security, consumer invoice handling, payment identifier requirements, industry-specific concerns, and the phased implementation of KSeF obligations. The Ministry aims to gather input from various stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, industry organizations, and other interested entities, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of stakeholders’ perspectives and needs regarding the KSeF system.
