After the postponement of the national e-Invoice system, Finance Minister Andrzej Domański has confirmed the upcoming implementation of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) and outlined plans for consultations beginning on February 9. The consultations, held in a hybrid format, will address legal aspects and system functionality. Simultaneously, analytical work and audits will determine a new mandatory implementation date for KSeF, expected to be announced around April and May.
The Ministry appreciates the previous efforts of the entrepreneurs and promises to take their investments into account to prepare for the KSeF. Minister Domański emphasized the importance of the system and assured its strict implementation.
Additionally, training materials, beginning in April and May, will offer practical sessions in 400 tax offices, focusing on free software use. Ongoing support through a hotline will assist entrepreneurs facing challenges during implementation. The Ministry’s approach combines consultations, support, and a structured plan for KSeF integration.
